App Terms of Use

Travelia BV is a supplier of innovative technology for the travel industry. Travelia BV strives to deliver high-quality services, where reliability and timeliness are important factors.

Travelia BV provides the mobile application Travelia, which is also available as various White Label versions such as, but not limited to, Ilios Reizen app, etc. Where this text refers to the Travelia app, it also refers to the different White Label versions. The use of Travelia is subject to a number of terms of use that will be explained below. We request that you read these terms carefully.

The use of Travelia and the services that Travelia BV offers through its mobile application is explicitly on the condition that you accept these terms for the services. By using this application, you acknowledge your agreement with these terms. If you do not fully or partially agree with these terms, you should not use the application. Please regularly check these terms on the site regarding any changes. Changes to these terms will be communicated to you via the Website or in another manner.

Definitions:

  • User: Person using the mobile app

  • Service provider: Partner of Travelia BV providing services to the User through Travelia.

  • Content: All data (except for travel data) available within Travelia or provided by Users and Service providers.

  • Travelia: This mobile app/application offered to you by Travelia BV on behalf of your travel organization.

  • Travelia BV: Provider of the Whitelabel app, used by various travel organizations.

  • Your Personal Assistant: Chat module within the mobile application where the User receives information and tips about the trip and the destination and can ask questions. There are different models namely: chat answered by a real person and chat answered by an AI chatbot. In case of doubt, you can always consult your travel organization.

  • Chat: Communication within Your Personal Assistant.

  • AI Chatbot: is a computer application that uses artificial intelligence to simulate and process human conversations. This allows the User to chat with a computer as if they are communicating with a real person.

General:

The Travelia app is an application (app) for the smartphone that allows you to plan a trip and purchase or reserve local excursions and attractions. Travelia is also an online platform where various Service Providers offer their services.

Travel information is provided by the travel organization (Tour Operator, Travel Agency, Independent Travel Advisor, etc.) and is only displayed within Travelia for informational purposes. At all times, the information provided directly by the travel organization is binding and should be considered the most accurate and relevant.

If you make a reservation or booking using the Travelia app, you enter into a (contractually binding) relationship with the respective service provider. Travelia functions solely as a platform between User and the service provider. Travelia will send the data filled in by the User for the reservation or booking to the respective service provider at the User's request.

The information we release when providing our services is based on information provided to us by the Service Provider. The Service Provider receives access to our platform for this purpose and is entirely responsible for updating all rates and other information displayed in Travelia.

We pay a lot of attention and care to offering travel information and our services, but Travelia BV will not verify the information and cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccurate information whatsoever.

Our application is not a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, or classification of the services that are made available.


My Travel Moments:

Within the Travelia app, there is a feature called “Photos” (depending on the version) that allows you to create, share, and print a photo diary in book form. This “Photos” feature is supported by My Travel Moments. The use of this feature is subject to the Terms of Use of My Travel Moments. By logging into the Travelia app, you accept both the Terms of Use of Travelia and the Terms of Use of My Travel Moments. These Terms of Use are fully included below.

If there is a conflict between the terms of Travelia and My Travel Moments, the terms of Travelia will prevail.

Your Personal Assistant

The chat communication takes place via a person or an AI-based computer solution, both doing their utmost to provide good answers and ask the right questions. Of course, everyone can make a mistake, and the AI-based computer solution could also. At all times, the information that is directly provided by the travel organization is binding and must be considered the most accurate and relevant. The messages in Your Personal Assistant are also not a recommendation or approval of the quality, service level, or classification of the services made available.

Regarding the chat in Your Personal Assistant, the following additional rules apply:

Your Personal Assistant is intended to assist users with travel-related questions and information requests; however:

  • It is not allowed to use the chat for any communication other than directly related to travel information and travel stays.

  • The User must use the chat in a respectful and appropriate manner.

  • It is not allowed to use language that can be considered offensive, burdensome, negative, or discriminatory.

  • It is not allowed to use the chat for illegal or harmful purposes.

  • Content, questions, and answers from the chat may not be published in any way.

  • It is not allowed to use inappropriate, harmful, or illegal photos or other files.


Your Personal Assistant can largely communicate with you throughout the day, and the AI chatbot can even communicate 24 hours a day. However, there are also limitations to communication:

  • Your Personal Assistant is not equipped to handle emergencies or urgent assistance requests.

  • Your Personal Assistant is not equipped to handle medical questions or medical advice.

  • Your Personal Assistant is not able to register, resolve, or handle complaints.

  • Passing on personal data via the chat is not allowed.

  • Your Personal Assistant pays great attention and care to providing the right information and services, but Travelia BV will not verify the information and cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccurate information.

  • The messages in Your Personal Assistant are also not a recommendation or approval of the quality, service level, or classification of the services made available.

  • Your Personal Assistant may provide links and references to websites or content from third parties. Travelia BV has no control over the content and services on these links or websites. The User must determine and control for their own risk whether this content or services are safe, relevant, up-to-date, and accurate.

  • Provided information, for example but not limited to flight information, must always be verified with the provider, such as an airline. Travelia BV cannot guarantee that this provided information is correct.

  • Your Personal Assistant only offers tips but cannot make bookings or payments. These actions must be performed by the user themselves.


Regarding liability, there are also limitations to Your Personal Assistant:

  • Travelia BV is not liable for any (consequential) damage arising from the use of the chat or reliance on the provided information. This applies, among other things, but is not limited to damage due to business stagnation, system/computer failures, loss of data, missing a flight, and lost profits, revenue, and travel enjoyment.

  • Travelia BV accepts no responsibility or liability for any information, communication, or material available on linked sites or content, or on any link on linked sites or content from third parties.

  • Travelia BV is not liable for (consequential) damage from purchases made via the chat with Service Providers, such as, for example, but not limited to, injury during an excursion or other services purchased via the chat.

  • User indemnifies Travelia BV against all claims by third parties, for whatever reason, relating to compensation for damage, costs, or interest, in connection with or arising from any use by User of Your Personal Assistant.

  • If User makes a reservation or booking with a Service Provider as a result of a message in Your Personal Assistant, User enters into a (contractually binding) relationship with the relevant Service Provider. Travelia only functions as a platform between User and the Service Provider. Travelia will send the information provided by User concerning the reservation or booking to the relevant service provider at User's request.


Regarding privacy and data protection, the following rules apply when using Your Personal Assistant:

  • Your Personal Assistant collects and processes certain personal data to provide services as effectively as possible. By personalizing the content, we can offer the User relevant products and services that match their interests and wishes. For example, information about attractions, excursions, tips, delays, the weather, or other answers in the chat.

  • All collected data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation.

  • Your Personal Assistant never provides (personal) information to third parties or suppliers. This action must be performed by the User themselves.  


Finally, the following rules apply to the use of Your Personal Assistant:

  • Travelia BV reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes.

  • Travelia BV may terminate the use of Your Personal Assistant at any time and without prior notice.

  • By using Your Personal Assistant, the User confirms that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to these terms of use.

Property:

The Intellectual Property Rights concerning Travelia and all Content are and remain with Travelia BV. The User must refrain from any action that infringes on the Intellectual Property Rights of Travelia BV, or that hinders or jeopardizes them.

The copyright and ownership of the application, including individual images, graphic material, logos, text, and formatting, as well as the composition of the Content placed in the app, belong to Travelia BV or third parties affiliated with Travelia BV. Additionally, the Content added by the User within Travelia (such as reviews and tips) becomes the direct and unlimited property of Travelia BV. The User is responsible for ensuring that the entered data is freely available and does not infringe on the ownership or copyrights of third parties.

The names of other companies and products mentioned in the app are the trademarks of their respective owners. All trademarks, service marks, and logos in the app, regardless of whether they are owned by Travelia BV or third parties, are referred to herein as the “Trademarks.” Unless otherwise stated in these terms, nothing contained in the app shall be interpreted as the granting, either by implication or otherwise, of a license or right to use any content or trademarks.

Travelia Account:

Any natural person can log in to the Travelia app with the booking information provided by the travel advisor. This information may not be shared with others with the aim of giving these other persons access to the Travelia app. Unless those other persons are fellow travelers on the booked trip.

Travelia BV is entitled to revoke access to Travelia and/or Your Personal Assistant without prior notice or other communication.

Updates:

Travelia can communicate with the servers of Travelia BV in order to check if updates for Travelia are available. Updates include: improved functionalities, patches, bug fixes, and plug-ins. The user agrees to receive and install automatic updates from Travelia. Travelia BV can only answer questions about the latest available version of Travelia.

Liability:

Travelia BV is never liable for any form of direct or indirect damage arising from or related to the installation (downloading) and use of Travelia, the Content, the Travel Data, or the inability to install or use it. Travelia BV is not liable for the loss of user data.

Travelia BV is in no case liable for any (consequential) damage suffered by the User arising from the use of the app, Your personal assistant or reliance on the provided content, travel data, and other information. This applies, among other things, but is not limited to damage resulting from business interruption, system/computer failures, data loss, missing a flight, and loss of profit, revenue, and travel enjoyment.

The User indemnifies Travelia BV against all claims from third parties, for whatever reason, regarding compensation for damages, costs, or interest related to or arising from any use that the User makes of Travelia.

Travelia BV accepts no responsibility or liability for any information, communication, or material available on linked sites or content, or on any link on linked sites or content from third parties.

Travelia BV is not liable for (consequential) damage from purchases made by the traveler with a Service Provider via the app or Your Personal Assistant, such as but not limited to injury during a purchased excursion or other services.

The customer and user indemnify Travelia BV against all claims from third parties, for whatever reason, regarding compensation for damages, costs, or interest related to or arising from any use that the customer, user, and Traveler make of the app and Your Personal Assistant.

By downloading and logging into Travelia, the User declares to understand the following. The use and installation of the Software is entirely at the User's expense and risk. The Software is made available to the User "As is" without any form of guarantee. Travelia BV does not guarantee that the Software meets the User's requirements. Travelia BV does not guarantee that the Software will be free from errors, bugs, viruses, etc. Travelia BV does not guarantee that the Software is reliable. Travelia BV does not guarantee that the Software will be modified in case of malfunction, bugs, etc. Downloading any material using the Software is done at the User's own expense and risk.

In the event that it is legally determined that Travelia BV is not entitled to the limitation of liability as formulated above, the liability of Travelia BV, on whatever grounds, towards the user as a result of or related to the installation and/or use of Travelia is limited to an amount of EUR 50.00.

Data:

We refer to our 'Privacy Policy' for the description of the use of your data. You can find this 'Privacy Policy' at www.travelia.app/voorwaarden.

Final provisions:

Nothing from the content of the Travelia app may be reproduced or published without the express written consent of Travelia BV.

Travelia BV is entitled to change these terms and will inform you of this. After the modification of these General terms, the old General terms will expire.

Any disputes may only be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. Dutch law applies to your agreement with Travelia BV and these terms.

For the comprehensive 'Privacy policy', we refer you to the Privacy policy at www.travelia.app/voorwaarden. This document outlines which personal data is processed for the Travelia app, for what purposes, and how Travelia BV and the participating partners handle your personal data.

Terms of Use My Travel Moments

Travelia BV is a provider of innovative technology for the travel industry. Travelia BV aims to deliver high-quality services, with reliability and timeliness being important factors.

Travelia BV provides the My Travel Moments application, which is available as a standalone application but also as an integral part of the Travelia app. Therefore, these are an integral part of the Travelia app's terms of use described above. We ask you to read these terms carefully.

The use of My Travel Moments and the services that Travelia BV offers through its mobile applications is expressly conditional upon your acceptance of these terms for service. By using this application, you acknowledge your agreement to these terms. If you do not fully or partially agree with these terms, you must not use the application. Please check these terms regularly on the site regarding any changes. Changes to these terms will be communicated to you via the Website or in another manner.

Definitions:

  • The Service; The Service includes all products, features, apps, services, technologies, and software from My Travel Moments. Both on the website (mytravelmoments.com or the Travelia whitelabel apps)

  • User; Person who has registered for the service of My Travel Moments by filling in their email address and name or logging into the Travelia app.

  • Account; Administrative record of the User's data which makes it possible to gain access to and use My Travel Moments.


By creating an Account or logging into the Travelia app, the User accepts these general terms and conditions of My Travel Moments. These terms are regularly updated. When you create a My Travel Moments Account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. The My Travel Moments service is one of the products that Travelia makes available to you. These Terms of Use therefore constitute an agreement between you and Travelia BV.

The Privacy Policy:

In order to provide our Service, information must be collected and used. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information through the various Travelia products.

Your obligations:

In exchange for our commitment to provide the Service, we ask that you make the following commitments to us.

Who can use My Travel Moments:

  • You must be at least 13 years old.

  • We must not have previously disabled your Account due to a violation of the law or any of our policies.

  • Only natural persons can make use of the Service.

How you should not use My Travel Moments:

  • You must not impersonate others or provide inaccurate information. You must provide us with accurate and up-to-date information. You must also not pretend to be someone you are not, and you cannot create an Account for someone else unless you have explicit permission to do so.

  • You must not do anything that is unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent, or serves any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • You must not violate these Terms (or help or encourage others to do so).

  • You must not do anything to hinder or obstruct the intended operation of the Service.

  • You must not attempt to create Accounts or collect or gain access to information in unauthorized ways. This also applies to the automatic creation of Accounts or the automatic collection of information without our explicit permission.

  • You must not post private or confidential information or do anything that infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

  • My Travel Moments is not a platform for posting reviews or expressing your dissatisfaction.

  • It is not permitted to post explicit content such as nudity, child pornography, racist or offensive images, videos, or texts. These will be removed by My Travel Moments when we encounter them in our databases, in the public domain, or when we are alerted to them by Users, the public, or authorities. Furthermore, your Account will be deleted, and if deemed necessary by us, a report will be made to the relevant authorities.

  • Advertising or engaging in other commercial activities via the Service is not permitted without our explicit permission.

  • My Travel Moments should not be seen as an online backup of your photos. We may choose not to store the original size of the photos.

The permissions you grant us:

As part of our agreement, you grant us the permissions we need to provide the Service.

  • We do not claim any ownership rights to your content, but you grant us a license to use it. Nothing changes regarding your rights to your content. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content that you place on or through the Service. Instead, by sharing, posting, or uploading content that is subject to intellectual property rights (such as photos or videos) in connection with our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable worldwide license to host, use, distribute (including distribution to third-party apps, websites, and feeds), adapt, perform, copy, publicly display or show, translate, and create derivative works from your content, such as, but not limited to, tips and photo albums. You can terminate this license at any time by deleting the content or your Account.

  • You give us permission to display your data, profile picture, and information about your actions (such as 'likes') or relationships (such as 'follows') alongside or in connection with Accounts, advertisements, offers, and other sponsored content that you follow or use.

  • You accept that we may display commercial advertisements within the Service, such as logos, ads, and offers.

  • You agree that we may download and install updates for the Service on your device.

Remove content and deactivate or terminate your Account:

  • We may remove content or information that you share on the Service if we believe it violates our Terms of Service, or if we are legally required to do so.

  • We may decide to immediately cease providing the Service, in whole or in part (including by terminating or disabling your Account) without providing a reason.

  • Content that you remove may remain in backup copies for a limited period and may still be visible to others with whom you shared it. Data may also have been downloaded, printed, or otherwise retained, and will not be removed.

  • This paragraph and the section below 'Our Agreement and What Happens If We Disagree' will remain in effect even after your Account is terminated or deleted.

Our Agreement:

  • If any aspect of this agreement is unenforceable, the rest shall remain in effect.

  • Any amendment or waiver of this agreement must be in writing and signed by us. If we do not enforce any aspect of this agreement, this does not constitute a waiver.

  • We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

Who has rights under this Agreement:

  • This agreement does not grant rights to third parties.

  • You are not allowed to transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent.

  • Our rights and obligations may be transferred to others. This may occur, for example, if our ownership changes (such as in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets) or by law.

Who is responsible if something happens:

  • We use appropriate expertise and care in providing our Service to you and in offering a safe, secure, and error-free environment, but we cannot guarantee that our Service will always function without interruption, delay, or problems.

Dutch law applies to all legal relationships between My Travel Moments and the User. Any disputes that may arise from these agreements or from further agreements that may result from them will be settled by the competent court in the Netherlands. The proceedings will be conducted in the Dutch language.

Unsolicited material:

We always appreciate feedback or other suggestions, but we may use them without any restrictions or obligations to compensate you for them and are not obliged to keep them confidential.

Update these Terms:

We may change our Services and policies, and it is possible that we will need to change these Terms to accurately reflect our Services and policies. Unless we are legally required to do otherwise, we will inform you (for example, via our Services) at least 10 days before we make changes to these Terms and give you the opportunity to review the changes before they take effect. If you continue to use the Services afterward, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to these or any updated Terms, you can delete your Account.

My Travel Moments data:

My Travel Moments is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under the name Travelia BV and operates under the name Travelia. In the trade register at www.kvk.nl/handelsregister you can find an online version of that registration of Travelia.

Travelia BV is a provider of innovative technology for the travel industry. Travelia BV strives to deliver high-quality services, where reliability and up-to-date information are important factors. Travelia BV offers the mobile application Travelia, which is also available as various white label versions such as, but not limited to, the Ilios Reizen app, etc. Whenever this text refers to the Travelia app, it also includes the various white label versions as well as the My Travel Moments application. The use of Travelia is subject to the privacy policy outlined below. We kindly ask you to read this carefully. Travelia BV takes your privacy very seriously and handles your data with the utmost care.


The Travelia app is an application (app) for smartphones that allows you to plan a trip and purchase or reserve local excursions and attractions.

Travelia is a Processor in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the processing of personal data from the Travelia app. Your travel organization is considered a Controller in the sense of the GDPR. Travelia BV and your travel organization have entered into a Data Processing Agreement.

First and foremost, Travelia BV complies with the requirements of the GDPR in all cases and takes appropriate security measures. Below you will find the privacy policy applicable to the processing of personal data by Travelia BV.

Definitions:

In this privacy policy, the following definitions apply:

  • Travelia app: an application for smartphones that allows you to plan a trip, purchase excursions and attractions, and store and display your travel information. Including the module "Your Personal Assistant."

  • Gps: A technology that uses your smartphone to determine your location.

  • Cookie: A cookie is a small text file that is stored when you visit a website or app. Travelia may place cookies that are necessary for providing functionalities in the Travelia app.

  • Website: travelia.nl, travelia.app, and mytravelmoments.com

For what purpose does Travelia process your personal data?

We use your personal data for a number of purposes, in particular:

  • Enhanced user experience – your personal data helps us to continuously improve our website and mobile applications and enables us to process transactions quickly.

  • Personalized content – by tailoring the content on our website and mobile applications, we can offer you relevant products and services that match your interests and desires. For example, information about attractions, excursions, tips, delays, the weather, or answers in “Your Personal Assistant”.

  • Reviews – we collect personal data from your reviews and make it available within the Travelia app.

  • Helpdesk – to streamline your communication with our customer service representatives, we use your personal data, such as phone number, email, and booking details.

  • Legal compliance – your personal data also plays a crucial role in helping identify and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities on our platform. In addition, this data enables us to send safety messages to our customers. Finally, we use personal data to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Reservations – your personal data is needed to fulfill the reservation with our partner. We provide your data as displayed on the reservation screen to the partner after the reservation has been processed.

  • Tips – within the Travelia app, you can enter tips. We use your data for processing these tips and store your data related to the respective tip for analysis purposes.

  • Chat – Your Personal Assistant requests relevant information and stores this information. We use this information to personalize content, offer relevant products, answers, and services that match your interests and wishes.

  • Chat messages – To continue displaying all messages, both questions and answers, from Your Personal Assistant.

  • Travel data – we receive your travel data from your travel organization as shown in the Travelia app. We do not alter this data. Some travel organizations also send travel documents such as tickets, vouchers, travel agreements to us. These are not read by us and are made available unedited, unchecked “1 to 1” within the app.


We retain your personal data for as long as technically necessary for the proper functioning of the Travelia app. Log files are kept for a maximum of 90 days, Analytics for a maximum of 5 years, unless otherwise prescribed by laws or regulations.

What personal data does Travelia process?

The personal data processed by Travelia are:

  • Travel data: Data regarding travel such as Email, Name, Gender, and other travel details including any travel documents. Any previous travels will remain available as long as Travelia BV has an agreement with your travel organization.

  • Reservations made: Data about reservations such as Gender, Name, Phone number, Email, Number of adults, number of children, and age of children.

  • Tips: Data related to tips such as email, address, location, phone number.

  • Chat: During the use of Your Personal Assistant, data is collected regarding the composition of the travel group, preferences, wishes, age of the participants, and various other personal questions that may be relevant to provide the best possible answer.

  • Chat messages – All messages, both the questions and the answers as well as related metadata such as timestamps, from Your Personal Assistant are stored for the technical operation within the app.

  • Location data: Travelia uses location to determine relevant data in the vicinity and for navigation from the current location. We do not store the location data. By installing Travelia, you consent to this use. Your location data comes from your phone or tablet and is used solely to provide tailored advice. The use of location data can be disabled in the settings menu of your smartphone or tablet.

  • IP address: Additionally, we collect personal data when you visit our website or use our mobile applications. This information includes, among other things, your IP address, general preferences, settings, and system specifications.

  • Usage data: During the use of the Travelia app, data is collected regarding the usage. This includes last login, first login, number of logins, the various actions within the app, and duration are recorded. The usage data within the app is anonymized and not linked to you.

  • Invitations and reminders: Travelia BV sends invitations on behalf of your travel organization. It is recorded whether the invitation has been opened.

Why does Travelia need my data?

We analyze your individual journey so we can provide you with personalized travel advice, among other things through Your Personal Assistant. If there is relevant information available about your travel destination (for example, information about attractions, excursions, tips, delays, or the weather), we can also incorporate this information and tailor your personal travel advice accordingly. Furthermore, this enables Travelia to make suitable offers to you.

Additionally, we may provide your personal data for business purposes to:

Companies in which Travelia BV (directly or indirectly) has a shareholder interest or that have a (direct or indirect) shareholder interest in Travelia BV. Companies acting on our behalf as processors of personal data in the sense of the GDPR. Government agencies in the Netherlands and abroad to comply with legal obligations.

We also use the data for administration, customer service, relationship management, quality assurance, business management and execution, risk assessment, safety, fraud prevention and detection, control, research and analysis, marketing, purchase preferences and trends among customers, product and service development, dispute resolution, credit checks, and collections.

By agreeing to the processing of personal data and the privacy policy when logging into the Travelia app, you consent to the processing of your data by Travelia as described in this privacy policy. Of course, you can always withdraw your consent; we will then delete your data.

Security:

Travelia BV takes suitable technical and organizational measures to continuously secure your personal data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. These measures are regarded as an appropriate level of protection within the meaning of the GDPR.

In implementing the technical and organizational security measures, Travelia BV has considered the state of the art, the implementation costs of the security measures, the nature, scope, and context of the processing, the purposes and intended use of Travelia, the processing risks, and the varying probabilities and severity of risks to the rights and freedoms of employees that could be expected given the intended use of Travelia.

All connections to the web application and through the API connections occur over an encrypted TLS connection.

No method of transmission over the internet or via mobile phone and no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data using commercially acceptable means, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Cookies:

We want you to have a pleasant experience on our platform. That's why we use cookies that ensure our website and apps function smoothly and reliably. Cookies are small text documents placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. These cookies are placed there by your web browser. Transfer to third parties:

If data is shared with third parties, it is solely for the purpose of processing a booking or reservation, personalizing Travelia, and conducting analytics on usage. Data refers to name, email address, use of Travelia including device information, location, network operator, and other information you enter during the booking or reservation process. Additionally, external suppliers are used to provide the content and technical processing of chat functionalities. We provide the minimum required data to those suppliers, with the aim of allowing them to perform these tasks as effectively as possible.

Right to be forgotten:

You have the right to receive information about your personal data that we hold and use in a clear and accessible manner. If your personal data contains inaccuracies or if you believe this information has been used, stored, or processed incorrectly, we will gladly carry out the requested corrections, additions, or deletions as quickly as possible for you. To delete your travel data, we ask you to contact your travel organization, which can directly remove the data from us. To exercise your right to be forgotten, you can contact us at the email address support@travelia.nl. For a swift handling of your requests, it helps us if you include the text "Request Personal Data" in the subject of your email.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may revise this privacy policy from time to time. The most recent version of the privacy policy governs how we collect, use, and disclose information about you and is available at www.travelia.app/terms. If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you. By continuing to visit and use the service after the changes have taken effect, you acknowledge the modified privacy policy.
