New innovation in the Travelia app:
Track the live location of the coach with the fleet management system.

At Travelia, we see daily how important up-to-date information is for both travelers and travel organizations. That’s why we recently added a new innovation to the Travelia app: the integration of a fleet management system.

Live tracking of the coach

Thanks to this integration, travelers can see live where their coach is located in the Travelia app. They can follow the location in real-time and immediately see if there are any delays. This not only gives a sense of control but especially peace of mind. No more stress or uncertainty at the departure point.

Previously, travelers often called the travel organization to ask where the bus was, especially if it was delayed. This caused unrest for the customer and a lot of extra phone calls and workload for the back office.
